BrewHouse Sports Grill in Venice

We live here year around and came in for the posted happy hour. After seeing the happy hour advertised at the door and being seated, we were informed there was no happy hour due to the art show going on in season.

Great food. Excellent staff!

We had a good experience. Food was good and service was adequate. They have live music some evenings. I ordered the rack of ribs, which were cooked well with the meat falling off the bone. Their BBQ sauces is Sweet Ray's, and they applied it lightly. My son ordered the coconut shrimp, which looked impressive. Could have been the largest jumbo shrimp I've ever seen. My other son ordered the flat bread pizza. I sampled one piece of pepperoni and it was very good. They use quality ingredients. Overall, a good dining experience.

Not a positive experience on our first visit. Drink orders came very late, waitress didn’t even ask if we wanted water while we waited. Dinner bread came out half way through our meal. Put in an order for asparagus, which the waitress said they had. Food came out without asparagus, which they didn’t have. Servers didn’t even offer another vegetable with our meal. When we requested a replacement, that also never made it to the table either. Unfortunately, the poor service will keep us looking for other eateries when in Venice. There are just too many other great options available to give this place a second chance.

Great Food, Tomi makes some great cocktails, always make it a point to stop by while in Venice. The music choices on Thursday night were 50/50.

I celebrated my birthday today in this fine place. Well it was a phenomenal evening and the restaurant was definitely the reason for this successful event. The team helped in a sweet manner, the meals were great and my guests were very overjoyed. We shall surely visit again for more celebrations. Thank you very much.

We went to see Doo Wop Denny who is there every Sunday night. Her is the greatest. food and service are good, too.. whenever we're in Venice we're at TJ Carney's on Sunday night.

Good lunch menu. Prices, food and service is good. We continue to enjoy out visits to this restaurant.

Visiting from Iowa and was craving a crab cake as a former Maryland resident. Their crab cake sandwich was amazing with lots of crab! The sweet potato fries were great too. My husband loved the homemade coleslaw. Quick and friendly service. Nice, clean atmosphere.

Quaint and cozy Irish pub! We had the pot pie and Margherita flat bread, both were delicious! The fish and chips were good but not great. The fries were excellent but the fish batter could have been lighter with more flavor. Service was excellent! The 80s overhead background music was a fun plus too! Recommended.

Usually our go-to place to take people visiting from out of town. Great location on the main street in downtown Venice. Lots of foot traffic and good people watching, especially if you dine under the awning on the sidewalk. Surrounded by shops and cafes other downtown businesses. Nice varied menu with something for everyone and somewhat reasonable prices. They also have a full bar and usually some live music on the weekends.

Enjoyable tiki type dining along the harbor. Food was very good. This place has several dining areas, some which were not open when we went. Could get pretty busy I bet!

Another great time at carney’s ... yummy apps at bar ... ribs and flatbreads to die for !!! And Collin to take great care of us at bar !!!

Great place to go get drinks an food late night

Chose Carney"s to eat before going to Venice Theatre. Friends from Indiana here visiting was with us. Wanted to have nice dinner conversation. Unable to hear each other because of LOUD band. Our reservations were for 5:30 pm. Waitress also got our order wrong. Had to accept and eat so we could get to theater by 7:00/7:15. We go to theater often. Will not eat at Carneys again before show.

Nice cool break from the hot mid day sun. Bring a sweater if u run cool. a nice, fast inexpensive lunch with pleasant service. Venice has a local jewel disguised as a tourist spot.

My 2nd visit in a month. 2st I had delicious corned beef sandwich that was very lean & large. My 2nd I had the special blackened shrimp tacos, best ever. Very friendly staff & great Guinness.

Excellent food. Excellent service. Our server Cody was super friendly & very attentive to our table. He made our visit very pleasant and we were very satisfied with our experience.

Nice place. Beautiful large bar. Food was good not great. Service was excellent. Venice is beautiful. I would return.

Our waiter was great. He tried. This employee not sure what his exact job was, was condescend and rude. I don’t think they believe in napkins, my husband had to go three times to get napkins from inside. Thankfully there are many other choices to go and have a pleasant dine experience.

Live awesomeness and late night fun. One of your only sources for such things on Island of Venice. Friendly staff too!

Very nice place - the staff was friendly and I will return for another crabcake sandwich!! The three of us all commented on how good each meal tasted. Excellent service and good food - what's not to like?

We went there with friends. Our host had been in college with the owner. It was good. The pepperoni Flatbread was crispy, and had the largest pepperoni I'd ever seen. After that, there was no way we could finish the open faced reuben. Not a fan of the fries, though they were well seasoned. We took the leftover sandwich home along with one piece of flatbread, and had it for breakfast this morning. A good place. I'd be happy to go back.

Absolutely delicious! Very friendly, courteous, and timely! Highly recommended! Had the hangover burger, and my wife had the fried shrimp. Definitely be back to visit!

Great food music

4 months pregnant being the DD for friends. Momma needed food and the kitchen was closed the bartender (Joey) offered to make me a flat bread and it was amazing! Thanks Joey for the amazing costumer service and making the baby happy!!

The food is amazing 🤯🤤🤤 thats all I can say.. I ordered to go a mahi-mahi over A summertime salad it’s absolutely delicious. And also I got pork chops with yellow rice and mixed vegetables!! The pork chops are so tender.. Big portions

Indoor and outdoor dining is nice. However I think happy hour is just for people sitting at the bar. Kinda aggravating. Staff is friendly. Prices are reasonable.

Great happy hour... Drinks and food. Sandwiches are above average. Love music is a plus.

Marginal food, fabulous location and friendly staff.

We grabbed a table in the sidewalk and enjoyed a really good meal. Expected tourist trap food but it turned out to be several cuts above that. The service was fast and friendly, the food was served in good quantities, and hot when it came to the table. Think about it when your are in Venice!

Went with my daughter and ex-husband. I had fish and chips big portion with side order of onion rings, all huge portions. My daughter had the chicken wings another large portion. My ex had the ruben sandwich. There were large TVs with football games on and also a live singer. Over all. Great place to eat and have a great time..

Apps and main delivered within 5 minutes of each other.Lobster bisque filled with fake crab, very disappointing.Burger was good.Much prefer the Cape May Carney’s.

We go to happy hour. The beer is cold & the food is great. You cannot beat the prices.

Everything was delicious!!! I had the best Lobster Bisque ever. My wife really enjoyed the French Onion Soup. The Lump Crab Cake Sandwich was very good as was the TJ's Fish and Chips. Love the old school Cigarette Machine. We will be back.

The food, drinks, service and, attention to every patron’s needs was exceptional. I had chosen a seat inside but, the local music scene started up, was a bit to loud so I asked the waitress to serve me outside. Shortly after that, the Manager came out said he had lowered the music and asked if I was comfortable or wanted to move back inside. Who does that? No one. They’ve got my business every time I’m in town now. Kudos! Unfortunately, TripAdvisor doesn’t have this restaurant listed for reviews. Otherwise, you’d not find a seat available. Great value for the buck!

Really like Carney's. Always good food and excellent service. Best lobster bisque we have found in Venice area. Great well cooked burgers.

Talia our server was very good. She was very aTtentive and took care of us. She has a good sense of humor as well.

Food wasn't bad. Very good entertainment and a fun evening with a couple of friends. Will be back....
